Why do you want P and E flags? Not because I want power or consider myself special to other RPers, but because PE flags can colossally enhance the RP experience in some situations.

What are you going to use the flags for? Because I wish to help the server develop ICly through RP, which can be accomplished through PE flags to an extent. An example is that you could flip over a table in a combat RP, creating crude cover. You could also help players buildRP.

Do you agree in not abusing these flags for any advantage what so ever? Yes. I will not abuse the flags for any reason.

Do you understand that you may be blacklisted from having any flags if you end up abusing your flags? Yes. I understand that abusing the flags is not acceptable under any circumstances at all.
