Why do you want P and E flags? Helps to roleplay a lot. makes it more fun and enjoyable in a lot of cases where they are required. You can ofcourse roleplay without them aswell, but I want them for some cases and they are always useful. I don't see a reason why not to apply to get them.
What are you going to use the flags for? I am going to roleplay using them. Some roleplay situations are a lot of better with the flags and that is why I want them.
Do you agree in not abusing these flags for any advantage what so ever? Ofcourse I wont. I am trusted and in no way will abuse them.
Do you understand that you may be blacklisted from having any flags if you end up abusing your flags? Obiviously yes.
